In this role I was responsible for managing the licensee base in the Benelux. Key focus was to grow turnover by segmentation, differentiation, active marketing support, implementing promotions, achieving synergy with other affiliates. Besides primary focus I was also European key-account manager for regional licensees who have their regional office based in the Benelux and I've implemented a premium strategy on European level. Last but not least I had European responsibility for the total Home Decoration sub-category. This includes areas as window decoration, floor covering, wall decoration and generic home decoration. I started as Category Manager Toys and have been promoted on two occasions to Sr. Category Manager Toys and latest to this role.
