Planet Interim is an independent acquisition tool and sourcing platform for interim managers, self-employed specialists and consultants. You use the platform to stay visible in the interim market, follow relevant assignments faster and connect directly with hiring organisations and intermediaries.

In most cases you are not logged in, your profile is not yet sufficiently usable or up to date, or you do not have an active premium membership. Only premium members can respond directly to assignments and, where applicable, are redirected to external assignments.

Hiring organisations and intermediaries assess you based on the profile visible within Planet Interim. That is why it is important that your profile gives a clear, professional and up to date picture of your experience, expertise, sectors and availability.

Premium is intended for interim professionals who want to stay actively visible and move quickly when relevant assignments appear. With premium you can respond directly to assignments, receive notifications earlier, gain more visibility and pause your membership when you are temporarily inactive.

Yes. After a premium period you can remain a basic member. Your profile remains visible and you will still be matched, but you cannot respond directly to assignments. You decide for yourself if and when premium becomes relevant again.

You manage your account and membership yourself via your account environment. Pausing or stopping must be arranged from within your own account. Email requests to stop are not sufficient, because we need to be sure that only the account owner carries out that action. You can find this feature in the top left corner under the profile picture on your account dashboard, also indicated by the on/off button.

You can build or update your profile faster by uploading your own CV in Word or PDF format. Planet Interim processes the information automatically, after which you can review, complete and save the details.

For the best results, a clearly structured CV without complex columns or tables works best.

Planet Interim protects the privacy of professionals and wants to prevent profiles from being made publicly available on the internet too easily. That is why contact details, URLs and names are automatically restricted or blocked outside the fields intended for them.

Public profiles are visible without your name and without contact details. Only logged in and serious hiring organisations or intermediaries can, within the Planet Interim process, approach you more directly. If you respond to an assignment yourself, the relevant profile information will of course be used within that response.

This may be related to your settings, the completeness and freshness of your profile or simply temporary market demand. Make sure your profile is strong, but do not set your filters too narrowly. A limited profile or overly strict preferences reduce your chances of receiving relevant alerts.

You do that in your own account environment. There you manage your login details, notification preferences, profile information and account status.

After responding you will normally receive a confirmation on screen and or by email. In addition, you can find your responses and their status in your account environment. For assignments that run via an external source, the follow up process may then take place outside Planet Interim.

Use the Rate Indicator to determine a market based and personally suitable hourly rate. This helps you better support your minimum rate, market comparison and positioning.
