Opdrachtgever: Media- en entertainment bureau The Music Marketeers BV , Amsterdam.
Werkzaamheden: Vervanging van de Office Manager met alle uitvoerende taken zoals ook uitgevoerd van 2004 t/m 2008. Daarnaast reorganiseren en structuren van de interne bedrijfsorganisatie, na plotselinge vertrek van 3 medewerkers in 2008. Opnieuw indelen en organiseren van compleet intranet (wiki). Werving & Selectie van de nieuwe Office Manager, training en overdracht van werkzaamheden. Resultaat: interne organisatie op de rails gezet, nieuwe office manger ingewerkt, debiteurenbeheer en financiele admin op in kaart gebracht en op de rit gezet. Succesvol afgerond.
Werkzaamheden uitgevoerd van 2004 t/m 2008
Office Management: Internationale ondersteuning Directie en het aansturen & managen van de afdelingen logistiek, muziek, service en planning binnen de Divisies Achtergrondmuziek- en Kids Entertainment. Inkoop en onderhandelen van alle IT, Audio & Visual hardware en office materialen. Organisatie van beursdeelnames, reizen,wagenpark, personeelsbeheer en – administratie, werving en selectie, training nieuwe medewerkers, debiteurenbeheer, communicatie met vestigingen in Buitenland . Eindverantwoordelijk voor logistiek, contractbeheer en facturatie. Implementatie coördineren van nieuwe aangekocht divisie ‘Disney Kinder TV’ binnen de huidige organisatie op gebied van logistiek, financiën, administratie,inkoop en service en planning. Opzetten intranet “wiki”.
Sales & Key Account Management : Centraal aanspreekpunt voor accounts zoals AH, ING, America Today, MCGregor Retail, Etam Retail Services. Afsluiten van mantelcontracten. Uitvoeren van (Inter)nationale Sales en dealmaking, coördinatie en implementatie hiervan binnen de organisatie
Traffic management : Uitvoeren van wereldwijde Im- en export van promotionele CD’s met benodigde documentatie. Eindverantwoordelijk voor alle logistieke coördinatie en uitrolplanning m.b.t Background Music en Disney.
