Without your consent, we do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data may be provided to competent authorities or rights holders where legally required, pursuant to a court order, or where necessary to prevent, investigate or prosecute criminal acts, or to protect rights and safety.
Where service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, such as contractual safeguards and additional security measures where applicable.
MARKETING AND BUSINESS FOLLOW-UP
We may use data obtained via registrations, forms, profiles, interim assignments and other contact moments for business follow-up and to inform you about similar services or functionalities of Planet Interim. This is done within the limits of the law and on the basis of legitimate interest or, where required, consent.
In addition, we may use limited identifying data to create audience segments on advertising platforms such as Google and Microsoft, enabling Planet Interim to display more relevant advertisements and communications to people who have previously interacted with Planet Interim or show similar interests. Where technically customary, data is supplied in hashed form. These platforms may not use this data for their own purposes within the settings applied by Planet Interim.
If you object to this use, this may affect the availability and operation of (parts of) our services. If you do not accept this processing, we advise you not to use the Sites and not to create an account.
USE OF COOKIES
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Sites, remember settings, improve security and measure performance. Where legally required, we ask for consent. You can manage cookies via your browser settings and, where available, via cookie settings on the Sites. The validity period of cookies is a maximum of 60 days unless stated otherwise.
USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Planet Interim may use Google Analytics to measure and improve performance and usage of the Sites. Where applicable, we apply IP anonymisation so that IP addresses are not fully stored.
RETENTION PERIODS
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy, unless we are legally required to retain data longer. Invoices and fiscal administration are retained as required by law. Log and security data may be retained longer where necessary for fraud prevention, investigation or enforcement.
ACCESS, MODIFICATION, DELETION AND RIGHTS
Via your My Account Dashboard you can view and modify your data. You also have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability where applicable. If you object to processing based on legitimate interest, we will balance your objection against our interests and cease processing where legally required.
After final termination and once there are no outstanding obligations towards Planet Interim, your profile may be cleansed of personally identifiable information such as name, work experience and contact details within 30 days, subject to statutory retention obligations.
Please note: profiles may (depending on settings and functionality) be partially visible without contact details. Only logged-in and known organisations within Planet Interim may, where permitted, contact you or view additional information. Always carefully review what you publish.
