Download these ready-to-use timesheets. You can enter declarable hours, kilometres to be refunded, travelling costs and other compensations, rates and suchlike. Complete the sheet every week and it will automatically update itself. At the end of the assignment period, include the completed overview along with the invoice and your specification of hours spent is ready.
You can download a blank version and assign a new name each month, with details of ‘Company name-name of position-month-year', for example 'KPN-Controller-08-2010'. This makes the sheets easy to find so that you can update, consult or submit them. The timesheets can be downloaded in Dutch and English.
