At least 8 years of experience as a Program Manager in IT/Telecom or a similar complex environment;

Proven experience in stakeholder management at C-level;

Experience with agile working, OKRs, and adaptive planning;

Strong skills in change management and risk management;

Analytical and systems thinking, with a keen understanding of interdependencies and impact;
